loing Platform Core

W0 scaffold for the Platform Core foundation. The app/API runtime is the Next.js dev server with Route Handlers. Docker is used for the local PostgreSQL dependency.

Next.js app server

Route Handlers live inside the web app for Phase 1. A separate API server is not part of W0.

Local DB

Docker Postgres

Use docker compose for local PostgreSQL. Neon remains the preview, staging, and production database target.

Boundary

Workspace UI, Tenant core

UI copy says Workspace. API, DB, and domain packages use Tenant naming.
